PREORDERS

Clubhouse & Co. operates primarily on a preorder basis. This means your items are produced after the preorder period closes rather than being held as ready-to-ship stock.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to be produced and dispatched following the close of the preorder period.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the applicable shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where tracking is available.

DELIVERY

Delivery times after dispatch are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location.

Clubhouse & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched, but if you experience an issue with your delivery, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
